We Slow Dance in the Living Room

I got back into the habit of walking to work every morning this week.

It was all about walking down Madison, listening to Lorde’s  new song “Green Light” on my headphones…

And then on Friday, it was all about the 2nd song she released on Thursday, the Mott the Hoople-style glitter ballad “Liability.”

And late at night, it was all about tuning in to the secret-handshake-network of people covering Lorde in their apartments.

(“We slow dance/in the living room/but all that a stranger would see/is one girl swaying alone”).

And all of us doing reaction videos too…
