I saw some excellent live music last night: The opening band was Neu Yeuth, a local electronic pop duo…
And then next up: DoNormaal, a touched hip hop artist with a catchy wash of avant beats on her possessed laptop.
There was a headliner too. But they were a less interesting version of Neu Yeuth’s 80’s bleep pop, adding some electric guitar chords over the mix.
But I still stood swaying in the front row through their set too…perhaps more from all the whiskey I’d been drinking.
